The Power of Imagination: Palestinian Poetry for Global Liberation.
A talk on Palestinian poetry and the role it plays inside and outside Palestine.
Sabrin will read poems from Palestinian poets and will discuss how imagination is the first step toward liberation, how poetry can help imagine an alternative future, and why it is important to nurture an alternative vision here in the UK as well.
The event is being organised by Abergavenny PSC. It will take place on the 24th Oct 2024, at 7pm, in Abergavenny Community Centre.
